We joined Dave’s group on a recent trip to Pemberton. We wanted try out the Eureka camper and it was a great idea to go with a group of experienced campers. Dave is enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and was patient with first timer trailer campers users like us.
We very much enjoyed the wine tasting and potato sampling up at the farm homestead at Pemberley Farm and the farm tour with the owner. The morning spent with Mark Hudson learning about the flora, fauna and history of the area was also a highlight. We visited some local swimming holes and had a day out on Yeagerup Dunes. Our vehicle was too heavy to make it up so we were able to hitch a ride with another camper and not miss out which was great. We learned lots from our fellow campers and took away many tips for the next trip. The Eureka camper is more than enough for 2 people we found. If we needed to escape the insects there is more than enough room to set up table and chairs inside the camper even. Dave made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We went off on our own after Pemberton and were even able to camp out at Banksia Camp which is a sandy and hilly 4WD track. The Eureka handled it no problem.
